Let's find the calm together.
I am so happy you are here!
I believe that none of us were meant to navigate the ups and downs of life all by ourselves. As a licensed professional counselor, a board-certified art therapist, trauma specialist, yoga practitioner, and creative spirit I draw from my deep, yet eclectic, training to tailor my support for you and your journey.
I seek to provide a space and connection where individuals, parents, and families can feel seen, heard, and able to explore. As we begin the journey, it will be one that is collaborative in its approach and integrated in its tact, guiding us towards greater inner strength, compassion, and comfort.
I am a highly experienced practitioner across traditional therapeutic techniques (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)) and expressive therapeutic techniques (e.g., verbal and expressive art therapy), as well as behavior-, somatic-, and trauma-sensitive approaches thereof. My practice centers around supporting children and adolescents (as well as their parents), and young-adults.
I support my patients in developing increased self-awareness, improved interpersonal communication, and a positive self-identity to strengthen self-regulation and challenge negative thinking. Through confidence building and talk, play, and art therapies we promote mindfulness to create greater resilience and comfort in challenging situations. We will find new ways to redefine your experience together.
I support my parents with education to understand and address their child’s behaviors and skills training to help reinforce new, growth-oriented patterns of behavior. I help create the building blocks for emotional and behavioral understanding that promote a greater sense of overall wellness and connection with your child. Together we can create a system of positive reinforcement, structure, and consistency to help your child thrive.
Therapy is a financial investment and an investment in your wellbeing. My fees are set in accordance with average market value rates for the zip codes I serve and the level of training I possess. I offer all new clients a free 20 minute phone/virtual consultation to determine if we are a good fit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a full session fee.
Initial intake session (60-75 min): $180
Therapy session (50-60 min): $160
Parent training session (60-75 min): $180
Follow-up parent session (30-45 min): $90
My standard rate is established to allow for the time and resource commitment I feel is required to provide each one of my patients the very best of my focus, attention, and care.
I am currently licensed and able to see patients that reside in Arizona, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
